Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at ADP - Automatic Data Processing. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the Mid-Market Accounts Team in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and develop a long-term sales strategy to achieve sales objectives.
  • Guide your team towards achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP's clients & prospects, internal support partners, and your team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Provide visibility on sales activities, providing accurate monthly forecast and ensuring maintenance of sales processes.
  • Liaise closely with the VP & DVP of Sales and colleagues within the French Sales organization and global Sales organizations in pursuance of a consistent approach to sales/product/commercial strategy.
  • Manage the sales activity and the Mid-Market Accounts strategy in line with client needs and ADP's financial business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing a highly performing sales team and achieving sales quotas in an international environment.
  • French native language and English business fluent.
  • Experience in handling complex, multi-country sales engagements and selling to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to delegate and coordinate workloads to achieve overall objectives within specified time and budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and a positive attitude in all dealings with colleagues/clients.
