Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Customer Success Partner to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage your patch, know customers and prospects, and promote Veeva solutions to help Consumer Goods and chemicals industries support their digital transformation in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with marketing, strategy, and solution consultants to define key actions to close new opportunities at net new customers and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Keep the report up to date in the CRM, with accuracy and predictability.
- Strong strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities.
- Fluent English and French is desired.
