International Key Account Manager Automotive Spare Parts

As a Retail International Key Account Manager for Automotive Spare Parts, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the retail channel for the European and Middle-East regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage and analyze budgets and financial performance.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate and implement commercial agreements with clients.
- Ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
- Support local Retail Key Account Managers in business development initiatives.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the EU marketing plan, including trend analysis and local requirements.
- Share best practices with the EU team to drive consistency and excellence.
- Manage ad-hoc projects to support the EU retail sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Sales or Marketing master's degree and/or Engineering degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- A third EU language is highly appreciated.
- Independent knowledge of the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- High interest in data and figures.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Successful experience in managing major retail national accounts at head office level.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Good relationship building.
- Excellent supervisory, evaluation, and reassessment experience.
- Strong competence in working efficiently in a complex multi-faceted setting.
- Flexible, autonomous, collaborative, innovative, results and future oriented.
- High sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, positive and competitive attitude, teamwork minded.
- Experience abroad is a plus (studies and/or professional).
- Proficiency with basic MS package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
