Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at PTW. As a key member of our audio localization team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of audio localization production across multiple projects and languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare initial dialogue production cost estimates for clients based on their early brief.
  • Work with clients to short-list actors for targeted roles in the game.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates as the client's brief expands and early script information becomes available.
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts and talent agreements.
  • Coordinate project schedules and actor bookings.
  • Liaise with the localization department to ensure translation assets are ready.
  • Prepare recording scripts and brief recording studio teams.
  • Track progress and update schedules as needed.
  • Integrate script updates and changes throughout the production.
  • Track final audio assets deliverables and liaise with the post-production team.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the production.
  • Track all costs and prepare final costs for clients.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience as an audio localization project manager in the game industry.
  • Good knowledge and contacts within the Paris dubbing community.
  • 3 years' experience in a role with responsibility for multiple budgets in excess of £50,000 each.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
