Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 11H59. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our daily menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes that align with our company's values and brand identity.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Requirements
