Sales and Education Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Education Executive to join our team in France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving instore sales, education, and events to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute in-store training programs to upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques.
- Lead and plan large-scale trainings in your region, including classroom and convention-style events.
- Build strong relationships with HQ training teams and support the development of training materials.
- Manage and control product incentives with retailers for in-store personnel and training kits.
- Drive sales on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Report stock and tester issues, ensure gondola hygiene standards, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Support in-store trade animations and deliver consumer masterclasses.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty and retail sales.
- Experience in training and education in-store, classroom, and large-scale conventions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English, with organizational and time-management skills.
- Confident public speaking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 80% and work in-store 4 days a week with one admin day.
