Job Title: Sales & Education Executive - France

Huda Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Education Executive to join our team in France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and education initiatives in-store, ensuring our brand is represented in the best possible way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute in-store training programs to upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques.
  • Lead and plan large-scale trainings in your region, including classroom and convention-style events.
  • Build strong relationships with HQ training teams and support the development of training materials.
  • Manage and control product incentives with retailers for in-store personnel and training kits.
  • Drive sales on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Report stock and tester issues, ensure gondola hygiene standards, and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Support in-store trade animations and deliver consumer masterclasses.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty and retail sales.
  • Experience in training and education in-store, classroom, and large-scale conventions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English, with organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confident public speaking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up to 80% travel required, with one admin day per week.
