ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic France Marketing/Trade Marketing team, comprised of 20 dedicated professionals. In this role, you will take charge of crafting and executing the marketing and trade marketing strategy for our innovative ultra-premium fragrance brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
YOUR ROLE:
- Steer the strategic growth of this new brand.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and in-store action plans to enhance brand visibility, attract consumers, and drive brand growth in France.
- Collaborate closely with local and global teams to ensure flawless execution and impactful communication strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Advise on and construct a distribution strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in both sell-in and sell-out channels.
- Formulate annual strategic plans with a comprehensive P&L perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Marketing/Trade Marketing within the beauty sector.
- In-depth understanding of retail management in the luxury segment (flagships & specialists).
- Proven expertise in brand management, strategic planning, and innovative thinking.
- Strong sense of ownership, results-driven mindset, leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Business-oriented, proactive, and client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English and French.
- A confident and ambitious attitude towards building something from the ground up.
