Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Audit Controller to enhance our risk management strategies and ensure robust internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in risk management by regularly updating and refining the internal control and risk management framework.
- Play a vital role in combating fraud, money laundering, and the financing of terrorism.
- Oversee junior team members and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Establish, execute, and monitor second-level controls.
- Gather, assess, and interpret key performance indicators.
- Maintain thorough documentation of both internal and external control processes.
- Lead and contribute to compliance initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
At least 3 years of experience in internal control within a mutual, provident institution, or insurance sector.
In-depth understanding of internal control methodologies, accounting principles, risk-based approaches, and audit trails.
Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical abilities and project management skills.
A proactive personality with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
