Job Summary: Group Strategic Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing commercial contracts with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with clients.
- Provide guidance on regulatory developments and establish resolution strategies.
- Act as a business partner and provide legal advice and support.
- Ensure claims and disputes are handled effectively.
- Provide internal training on legal and compliance issues.
Requirements:
- French Law Degree.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in a law firm or industrial sector.
- Ability to communicate complex issues and liaise with stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and pragmatic approach.
