With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.
We are growing our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us in pursuing this dream. As an International Operations Intern, you'll be representing our brand, providing world-class customer service, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
**Job Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for:
- Front-office activities: Providing customer service and sales support, handling check-ins and check-outs, registering guests, processing payments, and explaining campervan functionalities.
- Back-office activities: Aligning reservations with available campervans, verifying and preparing campers and road trip extras, maintaining quality control, and supporting the team in monitoring stock and coordinating the fleet.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- To be fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.
- To possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- To be comfortable working in an international environment and meeting new cultures.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €20,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also receive online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
