The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Campervan Operations Specialist in Marseilles - Châteauneuf-les-Martigues. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead depot operations in the absence of the Branch Operations Supervisor;
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean campervans;
  • Maintain campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repair needs;
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills in English and French;
  • You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable driving a campervan;
  • You're available to work weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in their work.
