Senior Account Manager France

Key Responsibilities- Lead the entire sales process, from acquisition and proposal preparation to order negotiation
- Acquire new customers on the French market, leveraging your expertise in sales and account management
- Develop and clarify customer requirements in close collaboration with the customer
- Define, organize, and coordinate pre-sales activities to drive business growth
- Represent customer interests and requirements to internal consulting and product teams
- Provide systematic support to existing customers, expanding business relationships and driving revenue growth
- Coordinate existing projects/programs as the primary customer contact
- Fluency in French as a native language and permanent residence in France
- Profound experience in sales activities and account management in the Software Consulting field, preferably in the SAP environment
- Proven track record of responsibility for budget and project planning
- Strong networking skills and empathy to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Analytical skills and the ability to quickly resolve complex issues, with a fundamental interest in software and its applications
- Goal-oriented working style, independence, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
