Role Overview

The Service Manager France will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all RTS Business services, including functional support, mini-projects, technical support, and license maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate services and ensure smooth transition
  • Develop and implement SLA Assurance Plans
  • Organize initial assessments and knowledge transfer
  • Manage project execution, including resourcing, follow-up, PM, and QA
  • Deal with escalations and quality issues
  • Identify and manage mini-projects, including proposal creation and approval
  • Manage contract and invoicing issues, including collections
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Manage TCO program and provide recommendations for service improvement
  • Participate in annual innovation workshops and implement enhancement packs and innovations

Commercial Development

The Service Manager France will also be responsible for commercial development of the customer base, including:

  • Supporting Business Development Managers in selling RTS
  • Qualifying opportunities for large accounts
  • Creating proposals and presentations
  • Setting up cost models and obtaining approval
  • Preparing contracts and initiating services
  • Supporting account managers in identifying additional opportunities and developing account plans

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
