Job Description

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Commercial Export Area Sales Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à notre croissance commerciale dans la zone Europe.

Responsabilités
  • Élaborer le budget de ventes de la zone en collaboration avec la direction export/commerciale et en assurer l'analyse et le plan d'action qui est nécessaire à son atteinte.
  • Élaborer et mettre en place la stratégie commerciale de chaque pays
  • Participer aux salons internationaux du secteur
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec le service Supply Chain autour du monitoring des prévisions de ventes et ajustements en continu
  • Se déplacer fréquemment sur zone, selon saisonnalité, environ 60 jours par an (formation des équipes commerciales, rencontre avec les comptes clés locaux, participation aux événements commerciaux, visites d'implantation...)
  • Mettre en place et exécuter les plans marketing/Communication locaux
  • Mise en place des plans de financement des promotions saisonnières en collaboration avec le responsable administration des ventes Export et validation de la direction commerciale puis D.A.F
  • Remonter l'ensemble des informations terrains
Compétences requises
  • Diplôme : Ecole de commerce international / Master ou équivalent
  • Expérience : Une expérience d'au moins 6 ans à l'export dans la distribution spécialisée est requise
  • Domaine : Une connaissance du milieu du jouet est idéale
  • Langues : Anglais courant obligatoire
  • Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et du pack office
  • Appétence pour le Marketing Digital
  • Aisance dans l'expression en public.

Rigoureux.se, doté.e d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre fiabilité et votre capacité d'organisation. Vous êtes capable de mener de front plusieurs missions en même temps et avez un esprit d'amélioration continue. Vous êtes dynamique, et autonome. Votre esprit d'équipe, votre capacité d'écoute et de coordination ainsi que votre goût pour le terrain vous permettront de réussir dans vos missions.
