As a Sales Manager Export F/H, you will be responsible for defining the product development strategy on the European market for the offer developed within the activity. Your main missions are:
Main Responsibilities- Consolidate existing commercial relationships with clients OEM and distribution subsidiaries.
- Prospect and develop new clients and markets in Europe (OEM, EMS, professional distribution).
- Motivate, unite, and grow the commercial team through coaching and accompaniment.
- Define and implement an adapted commercial organization.
- Define and implement a tariff policy adapted to distribution channels (OEM, EMS, WHO,...).
- Define and pilot key performance indicators (KPIs) for the follow-up and reporting of the team's activity (turnover, margin, profitability,...).
- Be a driving force for the new products team for product evolution.
- Define and implement, in coordination with the marketing director, the necessary tools to accelerate growth.
- Identify synergies with other divisions of the group with common clients and prospects.
- Implement and ensure the efficiency of the CRM (Salesforce).
- Higher education degree.
- Significant experience in a similar function in an industrial environment with commercial development at export.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about negotiation, development, hunting, flexible, autonomous, challenge-seeking, determined, and willing to participate in an ambitious company project.
- Many European trips are expected.
- Good English.
- Attractive remuneration (fixed + bonus + vehicle,...).
- Post based in Lyon (69).
