We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Process Expert to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As an Industry Process Expert, you will play a key role in helping our customers maximize the value of our Industry Process portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework.
Key Responsibilities- Master the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its Industry Processes to drive customer business transformation.
- Contribute to increasing deal size, accelerating deal signature, and ensuring successful go-live.
- Articulate the overall value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Execute Value Engagement activities and deliverables, with a focus on gate reviews.
- Develop value-based storylines using the Customer Value Model and adapt them to different audiences.
- Closely collaborate with the DS internal ecosystem, maintain expertise, and capitalize on-field activities.
- Provide feedback loops from customer use cases and support Solution enablement for Partners and Sales Ecosystem.
- Maximize 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage for customer interaction and DS ecosystem.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master of Sciences in engineering or similar experience.
- A strong industrial engineering background.
- Experience in 3DEXPERIENCE services projects.
- Proficiency in both technical and functional aspects of 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Spanish and English language proficiency.
- 3DEXPERIENCE platform expertise.
- Knowledge of Dassault Systemes brands, including CATIA, ENOVIA, NETVIBES, DELMIA, and SIMULIA.
- Business process analysis and requirements analysis skills.
- Cloud technologies and computer programming skills.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Soft skills, including teamwork, eagerness to learn, and presenting to others.
