We are on the lookout for a highly proficient and driven Executive Recruiter to become a part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in pinpointing, attracting, and securing elite executive talent for our organization. This position demands a strategic approach and outstanding communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in executive-level recruitment and a comprehensive understanding of the nuances involved in executive search.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections to draw in high-caliber executive candidates.
    • Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
  2. Candidate Interaction:
    • Initiate outreach and cultivate relationships with prospective executive candidates.
    • Assess and evaluate candidates to confirm their qualifications and alignment with the company culture and specific roles.
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating induction meetings, follow-up communications, collaboration with Executive Assistants, and managing rejection processes.
  3. Industry Analysis:
    • Remain informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and the competitive landscape to refine sourcing strategies.
    • Conduct comprehensive research on target companies and sectors to identify potential candidates.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director to grasp hiring needs and role specifications.
    • Work alongside the Talent Management team to ensure job descriptions and competency profiles are consistently updated in line with succession plans for the Executive Committee (ExCo) and their critical N-1 roles.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
    • Engage in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sourcing processes and strategies.
  4. Data Management:
    • Keep precise and current records of sourcing activities and candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and offer data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive sourcing or recruitment, ideally within a corporate or executive search firm environment. A proven record of successfully sourcing and engaging executive-level candidates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sourcing capabilities with proficiency in utilizing various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge relationships with senior-level candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Robust research and analytical skills to gather market intelligence and identify potential candidates.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
