**Your Mission**
As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will join our team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Your primary objective will be to manage and coordinate logistics operations on our Saint-Nazaire site, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team Management: Lead, coordinate, and support team leaders in achieving business objectives and client satisfaction.
- Logistics Operations: Plan and organize work schedules, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Quality, Safety, and Environment (SQE) and Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE): Ensure adherence to IDEA's SQE and RSE policies, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
**Requirements**
- At least 7 years of experience in industrial or logistics management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
