About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ganni in Marais Paris. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our retail team and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of store visual merchandising and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
