About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargé de recrutement H/F to join our team at Robert Walters Corporate. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential candidates based on client needs
- Sourcer and attract new candidates through active CV monitoring and social media
- Participate in regular candidate follow-up and interviews
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure smooth candidate management
Requirements:
- Supérieur degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and reactivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
