Event Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of events that align with our strategic objectives and enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement the federation's event strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Design and develop engaging events that cater to internal client needs and contribute to achieving desired outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of event organization, including budget development, vendor selection, logistics coordination, and team management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the event lifecycle.
- Oversee event logistics, including technical requirements, venue arrangements, catering services, and on-site coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality post-event, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing future events.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in event management and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Required Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and event management tools.
- Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Agency experience is highly desirable.
