Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating and ensuring the implementation of the Solplanet brand promotion strategy within your designated region (France).
  • Assisting local marketing efforts by contributing essential insights to initiatives such as social media campaigns, printed materials, seminars, trade shows, and website development.
  • Utilizing CRM platforms like HubSpot to oversee marketing activities and generate sales leads for the respective sales teams in your area.
  • Monitoring, managing, and updating the local marketing budget.
  • Collaborating closely with the Solplanet International Marketing team to leverage global strategies and best practices for local impact.
  • Initiating brand-driven activities with customers (distributors/installers) and media partners to enhance Solplanet's visibility in your region.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of marketing campaigns, while creating feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly reporting to the headquarters' marketing function head by participating in meetings and providing marketing updates to the headquarters in China.

Qualifications:

Your Background and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related business administration field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Previous exposure to the photovoltaic inverter sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external clients/vendors.
  • Fluency in French and business proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A quick learner with a keen interest in expanding knowledge within the clean technology sector.
