Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating and ensuring the implementation of the Solplanet brand promotion strategy within your designated region (France).
  • Assisting local marketing efforts by providing essential insights for activities such as social media initiatives, printed materials, promotional items, seminars, trade shows, and website development.
  • Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot to oversee marketing initiatives and generate sales leads for the relevant sales teams in your area.
  • Monitoring, managing, and updating the local marketing budget effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with the Solplanet International Marketing team to apply global strategies and best practices for local success.
  • Initiating brand-focused activities with customers (distributors/installers) and media partners to enhance Solplanet's visibility in your region.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of marketing campaigns, while establishing a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly reporting to the headquarters' marketing head by participating in meetings and providing marketing updates to the head office in China.

Qualifications:

Your Background and Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related business field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience; prior experience in the photovoltaic inverter sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external customers/vendors.
  • Fluency in French and business proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A quick learner with a keen interest in expanding knowledge within the clean technology sector.
