We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Knowledge Specialist to join our Customer Care Management (CCM) team. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and up-to-date knowledge and information for all internal and external Operation units.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with training and quality management to ensure operational readiness in case of new processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to update information in our knowledge management tool.
  • Develop and maintain simplified information (e.g. working instructions, news, general information) for Customer Agents.
  • Ensure that agents read and understand working instructions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum B2-level English proficiency.
  • Minimum B2-level Italian.
