  • Promoting Programs: Reference and showcase the Executive Education programs across various platforms to enhance visibility and attract potential participants.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and educational teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of program offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Manage incoming inquiries, including leads and platform questions, providing comprehensive information about programs.
  • Program Explanation: Clearly articulate program details, selection criteria, course content, and evaluation methods to prospective clients.
  • Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities using established performance indicators.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage with partner companies to understand their training needs and promote relevant programs.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients, develop formal proposals, and present tailored solutions to key decision-makers.
