European Tech Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Senior SerDes System Engineer to join our client, a multinational semiconductor company based in Grenoble. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in high-speed interconnection technology for ICT products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of high-speed SerDes systems, ensuring optimal signal integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with the China-based team to co-develop technical solutions, provide technical review, and regular reporting.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for high-speed interconnection, providing technical insights and expertise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of high-speed SerDes systems into ICT products.
- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in system hardware architecture design for telecom/communication products.
- Extensive knowledge of high-speed SerDes architecture, including Rx/Tx SerDes PHY, Tx/Rx equalization techniques, CDR, and DSP-level challenges.
- Experience with high-speed serial hardware, such as SerDes, High-speed ASIC, Package, DSP, PCB, and connector.
- Strong skills in high-speed serial links lab experiments and prototyping, with ability to correlate results with simulation data.
- Familiarity with industry standards, including IEEE 802.3 and OIF-CEI standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
