Senior High-Speed Signal Integrity/SerDes System Engineer

Adoc Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior High-Speed Signal Integrity/SerDes System Engineer to join our team at a leading global ICT company specializing in Cloud and AI, telecommunications, consumer, and mobile businesses.

About the Role

As a Senior High-Speed Signal Integrity/SerDes System Engineer, you will be part of the High-Speed High-Frequency team from the Board Engineering department in the Grenoble Research Center. You will work closely with our team to develop next-generation High-speed systems, leveraging your expertise in strict manufacturing constraints and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-speed SerDes architectures, including Rx/Tx SerDes PHY and Tx/Rx equalization techniques
  • Model and simulate high-speed SerDes systems using Python, Matlab, Verilog-A, or ADS
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-speed systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in high-speed SerDes technology and apply this knowledge to drive innovation
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Electromagnetic Science, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of high-speed SerDes architecture, Rx/Tx SerDes PHY, Tx/Rx equalization techniques, CDR, and corresponding challenges at DSP level
  • Experience in Python, Matlab, Verilog-A, or ADS for high-speed SerDes modelling and simulation
  • Fluency in English with great intercultural social and communication skills
