Job Title: Head of B2B Sales Blockchain

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our B2B sales efforts in the blockchain industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, as well as exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Crypto industry.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals.
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
