We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Officer to join our team at BBM et Associés. As a Financial Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial health and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage investments and budgeting to ensure the company's financial stability
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
- Ensure effective internal controls and risk management practices
- 5+ years of experience in managing economic operations in a corporate environment
- Exemplary analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory issues, accounting, and tax planning in EU and France
- Familiarity with methods of obtaining capital other than conventional loans
- Strong knowledge of relevant economic laws and regulations and expertise in implementing internal controls
- Team player with the ability to work on several projects in parallel and undertake financial decisions
- Strong oral and written communication and organization skills
- Excellent written and speaking English
- Strong intercultural skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar fields (France)
- Experience in international finance and compliance (mainly in EU and North America)
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Ability to build a team in a growing environment
