Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Sales Operations and IT Assistance for Financial Management Tools.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations
  • Manage and oversee the sales order process from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales information within the CRM platform.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on inquiries and leads.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Address customer inquiries to ensure high-quality service.
  • Monitor cash collection processes and manage financial documentation.
  • Track weekly cash flow and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial provisions.
  • Keep paperwork and master files organized and up to date.

IT Assistance for Financial Management Tools
  • Provide technical support for financial software and tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and upkeep of financial software.
  • Conduct training sessions on financial tools and best practices.
  • Work alongside IT and finance teams for software updates and improvements.
  • Ensure data security and adherence to company policies.

Additional Duties
  • Support team members as required.
  • Process information requests from customers and internal departments.
  • Manage documentation and correspondence.

Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in sales operations and/or IT support roles, ideally within a similar sector.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
  • Language proficiency: English required; French is a plus.
