Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Retail Media Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing internal business data, generating actionable insights, and driving fact-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze internal business data to provide actionable insights into our performance and development opportunities.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases and strategic evaluations of new opportunities to inform roadmap prioritization decisions.
  • Impact Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of critical product needs and help quantify and challenge escalations from business teams to ensure proper prioritization.
  • Business KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and projects, allowing for adjustments and further opportunities identification.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis and Presentations: Assist with the development of ad-hoc analyses and presentations to support the Strategy team in making informed, fact-based decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams (Product, R&D, Commercial, Operations) and contribute to strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Product and Technology Knowledge: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Criteo Retail Media products and technologies as they evolve.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Data Analytics in a high growth environment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Passion for data-driven decision-making and product/process optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills: ability to translate data into relevant, compelling stories combined with the ability to distill quantitative concepts for all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in SQL is required; Python is a real asset.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enthusiastic about working cross-functionally to achieve common objectives.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English.
