Our Business Group Faurecia Clarion Electronics is seeking a Program and R&D Controller to strengthen our team in Europe within the Division Produits Cockpit Electronics.
This position is based in our R&D Centre in Paris (12th arrondissement - line 14 metro Cour St Emilion).
We count on our site more than 100 collaborators in charge of innovative electronic product design as well as teams in charge of commercial development for Europe and the rest of the world.
Your Mission, Roles and Responsibilities
The Program Controller is responsible for the financial aspects of one or several programs. He ensures the reliability of the data in line with the process and finance program golden rules, and the optimization of the programs' profitability and cash.
- Ensure program controlling procedures and Golden Rules compliance
- Secure business plan and customer (offer & LOI) /supplier contractual offer consistency
- Support, under program manager authority, selected profitability improvement actions
- Highlight Program Cash status and provide recommendation to the management
- Provide and secure R&D controlling inputs
- Secure business plan update processes in time
- Provide program financial communication towards core team, management and plants involved
- Transfer gradually business plan cost data source to plants from Gate 2
Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed
Minimum Education Level:
- Master in Finance
Professional Experience:
- 5-10 years of practical experience in the area of controlling/finance
Skills and Competencies:
- A high affinity for IT and ideally experience in working with SAP R3
- Confident and experienced in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Very good knowledge English, both written and spoken
- Careful, independent and structured way of working
- Distinct analytical skills and a high degree of goal orientation
- Initiative and commitment, also with regard to continuous improvement processes
- Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts
