Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.
- Operational Oversight: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, member satisfaction, and revenue growth, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Member and Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional service, ensuring every member and guest interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive business growth and profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new members and drive revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in club management and development, with a track record of successful leadership and growth.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Competitive Salary: $160,000 to $190,000
