About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Planisware. As a key member of our infrastructure and support team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of our SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security procedures and stage and gate ownership for SaaS projects.
  • Manage technical upgrades of our solutions and lead change management duties, including testing and validation of procedures and development of new documentation.
  • Deploy SaaS projects, setting up and updating web server components, database encryption, and infrastructure-related components for third-party integration.
  • Assist the support team with infrastructure-related issues, analyze and moderate incoming requests, and participate in on-duty rotations.
  • Develop and improve monitoring tools and automate software deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong understanding of English and a dynamic temperament with excellent communication and service skills.
  • Knowledge of deployment automation tools, monitoring tools, and a global understanding of the Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL stack components.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose continuous improvements to our architecture and processes.
