As a Technical Project Manager at American Express Global Business Travel, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring software solutions for our customers. Your technical expertise will be essential in proposing and implementing technical and organizational solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that software functionalities are well understood by customers
  • Carry out configurations and technical integrations according to customer needs
  • Accompany customers during the first days of use
  • Understand and define customer needs
  • Support different teams involved in the project
  • Provide technical expertise on projects
  • Ensure technological watch on field of competence

Requirements:

  • Proven technical skills
  • Knowledge of company's internal processes
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus
  • English: fluent (multicultural and international team)
