Technical Support Specialist

Cryptio is on a mission to revolutionize the crypto back-office space. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key part of our L2 Support squad, providing top-notch technical support to our enterprise customers.
You will work closely with our L1 Support squad, Customer Success team, and software engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, implementing fixes, and contributing to our back-office tooling roadmap.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to enterprise customers
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues
- Implement one-time fixes and deploy the Cryptio stack locally
- Debug issues, qualify bugs, and escalate them to the engineering team
- Contribute to the back-office and tooling roadmap
- Advocate Cryptio best practices internally and externally
- Provide feedback to the engineering and product teams
- Mentor technical support engineers
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Lead to improve team processes
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical role
- Proficiency in a programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
- Proficient with modern development tools, including Git, Docker, and the CLI
- Fluent in SQL and familiar with PostgreSQL
- Familiar with Grafana and Zendesk
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
