About the Position:

Our client in a prominent retail location is seeking a highly skilled Retail Assistant Manager to join their team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, overseeing store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient stock management.

You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators, driving sales growth, and assembling display furniture to enhance the shopping experience.

This is a full-time position with day shifts from Monday to Saturday, offering a 39-hour contract and a competitive salary of 2250EUR gross plus commission and meal vouchers.

Requirements:

  • Significant sales experience with administrative duties and a strong aptitude for numbers.
  • Previous management experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to unexpected situations.
