WHO ARE YOU?

With a background in engineering or a Master's degree, you possess initial experience as a project lead or PMO.

Are you familiar with tools such as QDV, IOBEYA, and DEVIS PROP?

You are recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to manage urgent situations effectively.

WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:

As part of the OPAM/FLX entity within CSS1, you will join the B&OPS team, which consists of 10 members. You will operate in both governmental and export environments. Your role as a Bid Management Officer will involve providing military support services while ensuring compliance with the Chorus 2.0 framework.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for OPAM regarding DevisProp and QDV, collaborating with FLX and DMS representatives.
  • Organizing the tracking of proposals and CCRs in terms of reporting and scheduling.
  • Facilitating the connection between DMS and AVS tools, processing proposals from other CSS program directions (DMS) for integration into the AVS tool.
  • Providing reporting on the status of proposals.
  • Managing offers/proposals at the B0 level.
  • Supporting Bid Managers on significant proposals (assisting with structuring, creating presentation materials, updating activity tracking, etc.).
