Job Title: Station Manager Paris

As a key member of our airport operations team, the Station Manager Paris will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of our ground handling services at Paris Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of duty managers to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement local procedures to adapt to changing airport regulations and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with ground operations teams to ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to premium customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and warm hospitality.
  • Represent Deutsche Lufthansa AG to all stakeholders and partners, promoting our brand values and customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience in airline operations).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams of 4 or more members.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Exceptional customer orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and its practical application in a business environment.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of airline and airport procedures and processes.
  • High level of safety and security awareness.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Please note that you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in France to be considered for this role.
