About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Services Duty Officer to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling flight-handling activities to ensure a high service standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control flight-handling activities to ensure a high service standard
- Manage and control manpower on the shift to optimize utilization and maintain staff morale and discipline
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower and resources in airport operations
- Complete checks to ensure adequate standards are maintained
- Resolve customer problems and complaints while on duty
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an airline or reputed Ground Handling Operations at supervisory level
- Strong background in Airport or GHA Operations
- Good understanding of Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Procedures in accordance with ICAO and IATA
- Overall knowledge of airport functions within passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and dangerous goods regulations
- Excellent customer focus and service delivery
