As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting our clients with the technical assessment of our digital offerings. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and project services, acting as a trusted technical and strategic advisor. Your duties will encompass presenting our product's value proposition, comprehending client architectural frameworks, and effectively conveying both technical and business elements.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Executives to achieve strategic objectives and facilitate deal closures. Prepare for client engagements by coordinating with Sales Executives, Professional Services, Partners, and other stakeholders to outline a clear path to success. Conduct value-oriented demonstrations, emphasizing technical solutions that address clients' business challenges. Lead comprehensive discovery sessions with empathy to grasp client requirements and qualify solutions and services. Become a subject matter expert in relevant domains and provide advisory consulting to fellow Technical Solutions Consultants and team members. Engage with strategic accounts to cultivate customer relationships and broaden our reach in products and services. Deliver presentations to diverse stakeholders, including technical, business, and executive participants. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and develop proposals for clients. Oversee activities during solution ideation, design, and implementation phases. Collaborate with Engineering to influence the product backlog based on client feedback and address technical concerns. Work alongside Professional Services to co-design optimal solutions, ensuring client satisfaction. Present products and services at various events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. Identify market trends and opportunities for our digital offerings in collaboration with strategic advisors. Create Scope and Solution architecture design documents for both internal and client use. Price deals and draft Statements of Work (SOWs). Support complex pricing structures and solution designs, gathering input from various stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Several years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services. A strong passion for winning technical aspects of deals and ensuring long-term client success. Understanding of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts with the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical clients. Knowledge of deployment architecture, including cloud and on-premises solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and facilitate client discussions. Familiarity with major cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS and GCP. Knowledge of Low-Code platforms, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and software development tools (e.g., Java and Python) is advantageous. Ability to address technical, functional, and non-functional requirements in RFPs. Proven success in guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of complex software agreements. Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and project services teams. A proven track record in developing custom demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) independently or by leading a team. Creative thinking and a willingness to explore new disciplines, concepts, and technologies.
