Regional Sales Manager

Sidetrade is a global SaaS provider recognized as a Leader by Gartner in its Magic Quadrant. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the business field, leveraging your expertise in technology and global organizations to deliver value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in selling high-value business process solutions to large enterprises
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Native-level proficiency in French and fluent in English
- A master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
