Avionics Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ground Test Operator to join our Quality team at ATR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing test procedures, ensuring product conformity, and participating in product surveillance and quality activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Procedure Execution: Validate and attest product conformity by executing test procedures as planned or re-planned by the Flight Readiness Engineer (FRE).
• Test Management: Manage test procedures with assistants, report defects, and track re-test requirements.
• Safety Assurance: Ensure the safety of test operations.
• Anomaly Management: Monitor and address repetitive anomalies of assembly.
• Documentation: Declare and record assembly anomalies detected under SAP.
• Aircraft Inspection: Inspect aircraft by zone or specialty (avionics, electrical wiring, or structure).
• FOD Control: Signal and eliminate Foreign Object Debris (FOD) before closure.
• Rectification Control: Control rectifications and their conformity to plans or tolerances.
• System Installation Knowledge: Be aware of installation rules for systems on board aircraft, mounting precautions, routing, segregation, etc.
• Dossier Avion: Ensure the follow-up of the aircraft dossier.
• Process Analysis: Participate in process analysis.
• Dossier Avion Incrementation: Increment the aircraft dossier for archiving.
• Zone Closure and Dossier Follow-up: Take responsibility for zone closures and ensure dossier follow-up.
• SAP Attestation: Attest different phases of control in the SAP tool.
• Difficulty Reporting: Report difficulties to your hierarchy, particularly in case of planning drift.

Requirements:

• Education: Studies in aeronautics.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the aeronautics sector.
• Technical Skills: Systems and navigation knowledge, electrical knowledge, and aircraft knowledge.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, teamwork, rigor, and a willingness to take flight with us.
