About the RoleWe are seeking an Apprenticeship - Assistant Manager - F/M to join our team in Lyon, France.
As an Apprenticeship - Assistant Manager - F/M, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up an appropriate secretarial organization adapted to the needs of the team.
- Setting up and customizing the different tools used for order management.
- Supporting the Lyon Indirect Purchasing team by taking care of various administrative tasks.
- Sending calls for tenders.
- Drafting of registrations in ERP and sending of orders and signature follow-up.
- Billing follow-up.
- Drafting of extension amendments.
- Drafting of close out amendments.
- Supplier creation requests.
- Follow-up of supplier qualification files.
- Follow-up of supplier evaluations.
- Management of market intelligence.
- Organization of events within the team.
- Support to the Manager in the follow-up of reporting, statistics, presentations.
- Paper archiving and network archiving.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be preparing for a Bac +2.
- To be proficient in English.
- To be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- To be strong-willed and dynamic.
