Senior Manager of Capsule Products
The Senior Manager of Capsule Products is responsible for overseeing local initiatives in alignment with global strategies, guided by the local marketing framework established by the French marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Capsules Group Manager, this role involves articulating a vision and executing Marketing Plans for the product category, ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing Strategy, and implementing these plans across various functions to meet both short-term and long-term sales, profit, and market share goals.
This position guarantees the coherent execution of category action plans based on international guidelines.
The individual will manage the rollout of innovation and renovation projects for the L'Or brand, enhance product offerings, oversee media planning and execution, activate brand initiatives, gather and disseminate key market data, and assist in sales forecasting in collaboration with other departments.
Additionally, they may participate in international workshops relevant to their category: Coffee Capsules.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the capsules category and its associated brands.
- Oversee the allocation and monitoring of the marketing budget.
- Contribute significantly to sales forecast management (S&OP process), leading the organization of monthly business review meetings.
- Conduct sell-in analysis and coordinate sell-out efforts.
- Lead the development of the annual budget and strategic plan.
MEDIA AND ACTIVATION
- Oversee all traditional media efforts, serving as the primary contact for the L'Or capsules brand.
- Design and implement a comprehensive media communication strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing and promotional strategies.
- Analyze return on investment for marketing initiatives.
In partnership with central and local teams:
- Develop and execute complex innovation projects (new formats, varieties, and ranges).
- Implement renovation projects (packaging updates, new designs, new recipes, etc.).
- Collaborate with the group manager on strategic planning for the entire Retail & Professional capsules portfolio, ensuring consistent execution.
- Support cross-channel strategies, particularly for capsules, to establish an omnichannel approach in partnership with sales teams.
A university degree, business school, or engineering degree at Bac+5 level is required.
A successful track record in Marketing within a rapidly growing organization, with 4 to 6 years of experience in brand management or FMCG product ranges, is essential.
