Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Hitachi Vantara Corporation, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Administration global function and associated capabilities and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of process design and implementation, as well as collaboration with business E2E process owners and functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level.
  • Collaborate with business E2E process owners and functional departments to implement standard O2C processes.
  • Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure process definition is aligned with the enterprise vision.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for concerned countries.
  • Act as an expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the O2C solution and provide support to local super-users/stakeholders on crucial functionalities and/or issues.
Requirements:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of O2C Operations to internal customers.
  • Ensure adequate and updated process documentation exists and is used.
  • Handle queries and escalations, respond to critical vendor and internal customer inquiries.
  • Drive innovation and implementation of new technologies to improve the O2C process.
  • Drive standardization and harmonization of O2C processes.
