Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our global team in Paris. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Manage key retailer accounts and launch new products into the French market
- Build strong relationships with senior level buyers at major European retailers
- Develop and implement brand launches and sales strategies in conjunction with retailers
- Transfer best practices from our home markets to ensure success and consistency across French retail markets
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers and a Field Force
- Work closely with the EU Head Office and other sales channels to determine and agree go-to-market plans
- Fluent French and English
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience
- Experience of building sales and retail marketing strategies by brand/category
- Track record in driving excellence and best practice across sales businesses
