We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recovery and Sustainability Superintendent to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
About the Role:The Recovery and Sustainability Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety, and environment policy, delivering Incident Free Shutdown. The successful candidate will manage the pre-work, preparation, and execution phases of R&S Campaigns in line with associated standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety, and environment policy, delivering Incident Free Shutdown.
- Manage the pre-work, preparation, and execution phases of R&S Campaigns in line with associated standards and procedures.
- Collate all information into a Bookies Board and communicate with onshore coordinators to ensure readiness of execution.
- Implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved.
- Assist Offshore Installation Manager with comprehensive and detailed execution plan for each R&S campaign, align with OIM on the site priority.
- Graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing.
- Advanced skills and knowledge of Campaign/Shutdown Management techniques preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration, and/or production industries.
- Awareness/basic use of planning software tools. Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills required.
- High-level user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP.
- Fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.
