Product Management Specialist in Operations

You will integrate into the Operations Product Development Domain (PDD), a pivotal area in the evolution of MX.3 software, specifically within the Transaction Regulatory Reporting team. This group of product specialists is responsible for designing, validating, and delivering solutions that assist clients in fulfilling their transaction regulatory reporting requirements. Collaborating closely with our development teams and client divisions, we:
- Monitor the evolution of regulatory requirements across various reporting regimes, including DFA, EMIR, SFTR, and MIFID2.
- Develop and maintain transaction regulatory reporting solutions in partnership with our development teams.
- Assist our client division in deploying and supporting regulatory packaged solutions in both client environments and SaaS platforms.
In this role, you will collaborate with developers, consultants, product experts, clients, and market participants globally. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a product specialist, engaging in the following activities:
Product Support
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance with development teams.
- Enhance product documentation.
- Conduct internal training sessions and share expertise.
- Analyze client business needs.
- Track market trends and define the solution roadmap.
- Prepare product specifications to meet internal or client requirements.
- Design and validate product enhancements using agile methodologies.
- Document and demonstrate new functionalities.
- Participate in monitoring regulatory developments.
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the software publishing sector.
- Enthusiastic about technology and financial markets.
- Familiarity with Murex MxML workflows and the Murex datamart module is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of post-trade processes for derivatives and securities finance transactions within MX.3.
- Experience in organizing and formalizing specifications and validation documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
